In preparation for another baby in the family, the homeowners decided to rework the layout of their home to enlarge their master suite and renovate the hall bath. We 380 square feet of living space which involved build a new foundation, new walls, new roof structure, new windows for the added area, and a new deck since the old once had to be torn out to make space for the larger master bedroom. We replaced the original 1" oak planks with new 1" oak plank throughout the home. We also smoothed the walls and ceilings of the downstairs living areas to give it a more modern feel. For the full bathroom, the floors are a large format hex fireclay tile, standard subway tiles on the walls with a stainless tile trim. Fixture theme was brushed brass. Vanities were purchased prefab from West Elm.
The beautiful home you see in these pictures was designed by the homeowners and they selected their own finishes. Our team supported them by making sure they had the right quantities and the finishes they chose fit.
