Home Remodel on 46th St, Oakland, CA

Originally a 2 bedroom 1 bath where the bathroom was a shared Jack & Jill bathroom, we added a larger master bathroom and extended the master bedroom. The homeowners wanted a more spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. We added a total of 160 sq ft and an exterior deck of 60 sq ft, we matched the new floors to the original 2" Oak flooring but updated the bathroom with new modern finishes.
