This was a full renovation of a home built in the 90's. The most significant changes include the removal of a partition wall that separated the kitchen and living room, new railings and steps on the staircase, new White Oak hardwood floors, new doors, and windows throughout the home to match our client's color scheme. As for the kitchen, we removed what was once a cramped laundry room where you see the 32"x48" window to add some space to the kitchen. For the finishes we installed a white subway tile with white grout, white quartz for the surfaces, a matching back & white shiplap facia on the hood range cover and the island, 32" deep pull out drawers inside the right side cabinets, and panelized appliances to keep a simple but elegant look in the kitchen.
