As part of a 6 phase project to remodel the home, these are the kitchen photos. Working our way from the bottom up, we installed engineered oak floors throughout the 1st floor. For the walls, we installed horizontal shiplap over the drywall and counter to ceiling subway for the range wall. Cabinets were custom made for the appliances and kitchen layout. We installed a very generous 96" 3 door fridge, 8 burner Viking stove, and built in the a double dishwasher into the island. For plumbing fixtures, we installed a stainless pot filler over the range, a sink into the island and water lines for the refrigerators. Electrical upgrades were pretty simple. We followed our client's designs for lighting and went off of the appliance specs for the electrical rough ins. We used natural quartzite for the countertops and custom fabricated the hood vent cover.
Another large part of this phase was installing the new stair railings and balusters after we worked on leveling the subfloor and installing the new engineered hard wood flooring.
