Most notable changes we did here was adding the 52 sq ft dining area and the faux beams to match the newly installed custom cabinets. The home was built in 2001 and the kitchen needed some updating. We installed new cabinets, framed out a new waterfall island with a 16 inch lip to serve as additional seating space, and installed new flooring throughout the home.
