A full gut and renovation for the homeowner's master and guest bathroom. The finish material styles were matched. Starting with the guest bath, we replaced the bathtub enclosure with a spacious walk in shower. We also installed a semi-frameless glass door, a new toilet, vanity, and recessed lighting. For the master bathroom, since we had a little more space to work with, we were able to install a free-standing bathtub and frame in a large picture window. We also created a separate shower room and toilet room. For the vanity, we installed a double sink vanity with undermount sinks beneath the Monaco quartz countertops.
Both bathrooms were finished with subway tiles on the wall, hexagon mesh for the floors, and charcoal grout.
